Busking is so unterrifying. Concerts are much scarier. Busking, anyone who doesn't like it will just keep walking, and anyone who actually stays really wants to. As for soliciting money, I think most places you're allowed to set out something to collect donations, even with a "tips" sign on it, but you're not allowed to actively solicit. Some places allow you to sell your CDs, others (?!?) don't.</description>
